As I am sure a lot of you know the Keeneland Yearling Sales start on Monday. What some of you might not know is that if you buy a yearling this year, you can deduct the entire horse in this tax year of 2011. Uncle Sam’s way of helping racing. That in itself is reason enough to buy a couple. (Remember to always consult your personal tax preparing professional!)
