March!
The stable won three races in March. We did run 3rd in the Grade III Rebel Stakes at Oaklawn Park with SCATMAN. We are looking forward to a much bigger April with Indiana Downs and Keeneland opening and Oaklawn finishing up on the 14th.
WINNER WINNER with SILVER PROSPECT
We had gotten “stuck” on thirds this month and finally got a win this afternoon at Oaklawn Park with SILVER PROSPECT for owners Margaux Farm LLC and Penny Lauer. If you want to watch a great ride, watch the replay of the fourth race (3/25/12) at Oaklawn Park.

SCATMAN places in the Grade II $500,000 Rebel!
Scatman had a good race (not a great race) and finished 3rd in the THE REBEL GII, $500,000 on Saturday at Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs, Arkansas for owners JEOG LLC (Jim and Ellen O’Grady). It was a great day with the attending crowd over 31,000. That is a big change to other tracks that get 3,000 a day. For a few moments, it looked like he may be able to win it all. Exciting and disappointing at the same time. He came out of the race in good shape. He now has $100,000 in Graded earnings (in case you are keeping track). Congrats to the O’Gradys!
